All Assets#

These are instructions on how to use the All Assets feature to view the details of an asset and enable/disable an asset for User Accounts.

Prerequisites#

A User Account must have the Org. Admin role to enable and use the All Assets feature.

View Details#

To view the details of an Asset:

  1. Click All Assets, on the main navigation menu

  2. Use search, to filter and find an Asset

  3. Click to choose an Asset

    • The details of the Asset are displayed, such as, number of enabled users, created date, last modified date, author and owner org.

Enable/Disable for User Accounts#


Enable an Asset for a User Account#

To enable an Asset for a User Account:

  1. Click All Assets, on the main navigation menu

  2. Use search, to filter and find an Asset

  3. Click to choose an Asset

  4. Click Enable/Disable Users

  5. Select the checkbox for the User Account, to enable

  6. Click Save

Disable an Asset for a User Account#

To disable an Asset for a User Account:

  1. Click All Assets, on the main navigation menu

  2. Use search, to filter and find an Asset

  3. Click to choose an Asset

  4. Click Enable/Disable Users

  5. Unselect the checkbox for the User Account, to disable

    • If the User Account cannot be disabled, the Asset must first be disabled for all User Accounts in the Organization and then enabled for each User Account where it is still required. Please refer to the next section for instructions on disabling an asset for all User Accounts.

  6. Click Save

Enable an Asset for all User Accounts#

To enable an Asset for all User Accounts:

  1. Click All Assets, on the main navigation menu

  2. Use search, to filter and find an Asset

  3. Click to choose an Asset

  4. Click Enable/Disable Users

  5. Select the Shared By Default checkbox

  6. Click Save

Disable an Asset for All User Accounts#

To disable an Asset for all User Accounts:

  1. Click All Assets, on the main navigation menu

  2. Use search, to filter and find an Asset

  3. Click to choose an Asset

  4. Click Enable/Disable Users

  5. Unselect the Shared By Default checkbox

    • If the Asset was enabled individually for any User Accounts, this action will not disable it for those User Accounts

  6. Click Save
